Conditions for stay at Agterplaas BnB Guesthouse

Booking at Agterplaas BnB Guesthouse
Bookings can be made online, by email, by telephone or in person.

Rates
All accommodation rates quoted include breakfast and taxes, unless specifically excluded. Rates shown on the website was correct at time of writing. Rates may however change without notice – to be confirmed by quotation.

Payment
Unless specifically agreed, a booking is confirmed only on receipt of payment of at least 50% of cost of accommodation. Full payment is required before or on arrival.
Payment can be made by electronic transfer, credit card or in cash.

Arrival and Departure times
Under normal circumstances, rooms are available for occupancy from 14h00. Arrivals after 20h00 by arrangement only.
Rooms to be vacated before 11h00 on day of departure.

Guests of guests
Rooms are for use by paying guests only. 

Children
Well-behaved children over 12 years of age and under parental supervision are welcome. Our normal rates apply.

Pets
Regrettably no pets are allowed.

Smoking
This is a non-smoking establishment as per local legal requirements.
Smoking of organic or e-cigarettes is allowed outdoors.

Indemnity
The management shall not be liable for, and the Guest waives/abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that: for theft, injury, loss or damage against the management, whether arising form the management's default, negligence or otherwise.

Right of admission
Right of admission to the premises is reserved.

Cancellation
Should a confirmed booking be cancelled
• on the arrival date and up to 3 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival will forfeit 100% of the full rate.
• up to 4-8 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival will forfeit 100% of the deposit i.e. 50% of the full rate.
• more than 8 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival will forfeit 50% of the deposit i.e. 25% of the full rate.
In the event of premature departure, or if a guest fail to arrive, we would be entitled to charge for the full original booking.
If more than the cancellation fee has been paid by the guest, the balance will be refunded. Refunds will only be made back to the source (specific credit card or other account) from which it was paid to Agterplaas.

Conditions for use of this website

This agreement contains important contractual rights, obligations and conditions between you, the user, and agterplaas.co.za. Your acceptance of the terms of this user agreement is required for your continued use of this website.

Usage
Any user, when using the agterplaas.co.za website for any reason whatsoever, subject themselves to and agree to these terms and conditions and privacy policy of agterplaas.co.za when accessing this website. agterplaas.co.za as a rule do not publish offensive material. However, that does not guarantee that the content of this website or the websites of the third parties that can be accessed through this website, will not offend sensitive users, and the user indemnifies agterplaas.co.za, it's owners, agents and employees against any and all claims of whatsoever nature. You the user, hereby warrants that you use the agterplaas.co.za website at your own risk.

While reasonable measures have been taken by agterplaas.co.za to ensure the integrity of this website and its contents, no warranty, express or implied is given that it is free from viruses, trojans, bombs or any type of code or data that may corrupt, damage or effect the operation of the user's system.

We, here at agterplaas.co.za, respects the privacy of our customers and visitors.
